Next week will be the start of our official 10 week training for the 2011 Disneyland Half Marathon which is on September 4th. According to the site that is 70 days away!! It's a fun run that goes through California Adventure, Disneyland, through Anaheim, by the Honda Center through Angel Stadium and back to Downtown Disney.

As you can see, we run 4 days a week with a longer run on the weekend. We found that this regiment works for us and it gets us in a good rhythm for the race. Also, having a goal to work towards makes the running feel less tedious and more inspiring. Looking forward to getting started next week!
